Lower back pain doesn’t always come from injury. In my case, and for a LOT of people, lower back pain is a result from inactivity. In other words – too much sitting!
And sitting for a long time can result in tight hips and thigh muscles. In this video, I’m giving you my 5 favorite tips (including four key yoga moves) to help relieve and cure lower back pain.
