This 12 minute Christian Yoga for a Healthy Spine video is all about easy movements that encourage a mobile and strong spine! We’ll start with some seated stretches, do some work on our hands and knees, find a couple of nourishing standing poses, and end lying on our backs.

As we move and breath, we’ll be focusing on the truth that God is for you and is in a good mood (Amen!)
