Yoga for Men: Upper Body Strength with Joy Scola

Can you build strength without weights? Of course! Can you build strength with yoga? Absolutely, and I find it helpful to combine it with other movement disciplines.

This practices combines yoga postures with movements i’ve learned in plyometrics and physical therapy. This practice focuses on building strength in the upper body in the chest, triceps and back with variations of locust, plank and lunges.
