Yoga for Men: Upper Body Strength with Joy Scola

Yoga For Men
Can you build strength without weights? Of course! Can you build strength with yoga? Absolutely, and I find it helpful to combine it with other movement disciplines.

This practices combines yoga postures with movements i’ve learned in plyometrics and physical therapy. This practice focuses on building strength in the upper body in the chest, triceps and back with variations of locust, plank and lunges.

This is the first of three videos of Yoga For Strength
1. Upper Body
2. Core
3. Lower Body

THANK YOU to Joy Scola for practicing with me and demonstrating variations of the movements. She is an experienced teacher and I am grateful I got the opportunity to work with her and try the Yoga Trapeze for the first time.
