Yoga For Back Pain
Safe prenatal yoga class that will help you relieve backpain and release backbody tension. You will carefully warm up & stretch your spine, release psoas muscle and front hip tension, stretch quadricepts & outer hips. This routine is completely safe for pregnant women, but as always, you must consult your doctor or midwife & practice with your own judgement and modify or skip where appropriate. We all have different level of fitness and our pregnancies run differently.
