Do real men do yoga? My observation while traveling and teaching was that it was in Spain, Portugal, Italy and Greece that the most men were practicing. Either the Latin machismo reputation is a myth ?, or that’s what allows them to embrace the ‘feminine’. I’m aware that this video could actually scare some guys
