Before your workout you need sustainable energy, low in the glycemic index and able to keep you hydrated. After your work out you need to replenish protein, vitamin A and K as well as glycogen levels.

1 Pita
1 TBSP. Hummus
8-12 slices Cucumber
1/4 Spinach

Freekeh with Fruit:
1 C. Freekeh
1 banana, sliced
2 kiwi, peeled and sliced
